Charles Ward

Mr. Ward is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and the UALR School of Law and has practiced law for more than 30 years. He is a partner with Attorney's Title Group and Wilson and Associates, PLLC, and has been with the firm since 1994.

In the course of his career he has represented builders, homeowners and buyers of residential real estate and has advised developers, bankers, landlords and tenants regarding commercial real estate matters. He is also a licensed title insurance agent that knows the critical role title insurance plays in moving a transaction forward from contract to closing. He regularly speaks at conferences and meetings of attorneys, title examiners, contractors and other real estate professionals. Mr. Ward’s mother was a successful real estate broker and he learned early that no one gets paid unless the deal closes.
